Le Glorie was photographed in Scanno, Italy.

Scanno is a town that has been looked at for a long time. These pictures try to see it without turning it into a view: the streets, the faces, the light that stays in the valley.

What the title calls glorie is not a spectacle placed on top of the town. It is something the place already holds, and something a camera can only approach.

The project stays with that approach. A record of Scanno, made by remaining long enough for the town to answer.
